Dr. James Chang, D.O.

Board-Certified Family Physician · Musculoskeletal Medicine

Dr. James Chang is a board-certified Family Physician and Musculoskeletal Medicine specialist with nearly 20 years of clinical experience. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2006 and completed his Family Practice Residency at North Shore-LIJ Health System in 2009. He served as Medical Director of Cherry Hospital from 2012 to 2014 and has continued to serve as Assistant Medical Director since 2014.

Since 2021, he has specialized in aesthetic and regenerative medicine and is certified in Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), Botox®, dermal fillers, PRP, and PRF therapies. As Medical Director of VitaGlow, Dr. Chang focuses on aesthetic medicine, hormone optimization, medical weight management, and wellness treatments, helping patients achieve natural-looking results through safe, personalized, evidence-based care.

Dr. Chang believes that exceptional care extends beyond treatments and procedures. He is committed to building lasting relationships with his patients — taking the time to understand their goals, educate them on their options, and develop personalized plans that support long-term health, confidence, and well-being. Christy Chang, RN is passionate about helping patients look and feel their best through personalized aesthetic and wellness care. With over 20 years in nursing and a commitment to natural-looking results, she specializes in treatments that support confidence, beauty, and overall well-being while enhancing your God-given natural beauty.

Known for her compassionate approach and attention to detail, Christy believes every patient deserves individualized care in a welcoming, supportive environment. Her mission is to help patients achieve their goals while feeling refreshed, empowered, and confident in their own skin — helping you glow with confidence, wellness, and vitality.

Zay Zenarosa

BSN, RN · Aesthetic Nurse & Licensed Esthetician

Zay brings over 18 years of nursing experience to our team and is certified to provide neuromodulators, dermal injectables, PRP therapy and RF body-sculpting. Always striving to provide the best personalized experience for her clients, she recently earned her NC Esthetician License and is now pursuing her M.S. in Gerontology at UNCW.

Zay believes that everyone, at every age, shares the same goal: to feel good, feel well, and feel confident in themselves. Her goal is to help each client manifest their best self by providing holistic and compassionate care.

Melissa Huffham

BSN, RN · Nurse Injector

As a Registered Nurse since 2003, Melissa brings over two decades of medical experience in emergency medicine, the operating room, case management, and first assisting into the world of aesthetics. For the last 3 years, she has worked as a nurse injector with a passion for enhancing natural beauty and skin health.

While Botox is one of her favorite treatments, she especially loves microneedling with PRP and exosomes for their ability to restore radiant, glowing skin. Melissa truly enjoys helping her patients look refreshed, feel confident, and become the best version of themselves.
